Our client is a professional sports franchise with a globally recognized brand. The client was seeking a strategic plan that would enable the new CEO to move the organization forward.
We worked with the client over a number of years to develop and deploy the strategic plan. A landscape analysis including a SWOT was conducted to determine where to focus efforts. Core capabilities were identified and defined including process and performance metrics. An informed decision making process was implemented and key initiatives developed.
The organization successfully implemented the strategic plan and has assumed ownership of its continued development and deployment. Documentation included a one page strategic plan summary that was made available to all employees and shareholders. The plan also identified the need for leadership development which the organization is in the process of addressing.
