                              Joe Thompson brings over 30 years’ experience in both for-profit and non-profit businesses to helping companies succeed. Joe's skills in leadership, strategic planning and deployment and innovation were gained working in organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses.  A seasoned facilitator and coach, Joe has extensive experience working with leaders to develop and carry out strategic plans and key change initiatives by adjusting the solution to work in the company’s culture.  Joe has helped business obtain results in areas as diverse as operations, marketing, finance, market research, customer service, engineering, research.  Over his career this has resulted in operating efficiency gains of over $20,000,000 and enabling new product sales of over $100,000,000.

                              A sixth generation native of Wisconsin, Joe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He has seven United States Patents. Outside of work, Joe's passions center on Cindy, his wife of twenty eight years and their four children. He enjoys spending time pursuing photography and riding his Harley. He is actively involved in his church and in his community as an advocate for persons with disabilities

                              Kent Kordsmeier is an experienced process and productivity improvement executive with an ability and reputation for increasing profits by reducing costs and improving quality. Kent developed his skills over the course of thirty years, most spent with a Fortune 100 organization. Among Kent's many positions are those in plant and staff engineering, plant and staff operations (including plant manager and manufacturing director) and staff business unit program manager.

                              Known for his direct and honest approach to working with people, Kent is a thought leader, coach and mentor having leadership roles in development and implementation of project management, process management and strategic planning methodologies. Kent has continued pursuit of formal education throughout his career with an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, continued education with Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management (Phoenix, Arizona campus) and as an American Society for Quality certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

                              Kent lives in Neenah with his wife Deb and their two cats. Kent has a passion for the outdoors and dedicates free time to his work with the Boy Scouts of America as a leader.

                              Bruce Valk is a versatile, dynamic executive with an impressive track record of creating and transforming corporate visions into viable and profitable realities. He has constructed complex business roadmaps and operationally turned around underperforming initiatives. He has demonstrated competence in both start-ups and Fortune 200 organizations. He is an expert in driving profitable growth by combining advanced business technologies, operations and marketing acumen in leading high impact strategic plans. His past has a proven track record as a CEO in maximizing ROI while strengthening competitive positions.

                              Bruce has been in multiple executive roles as an investor, founder, and upper management teams in creating over $15,000,000 in new sales, aligning advanced technologies to business goals and has performed as an interim CIO for several companies.

                              Bruce lives in Appleton with his wife Carol and their children.

                              Ted Storin is a highly skilled Six Sigma Black Belt and senior process engineer with 23 years of innovative problem solving and process leadership experience.  Ted has developed these skills with the majority of his years at a Fortune 200 company.  He has completed many projects using the Six Sigma process and is an expert in the use of statistics for data analysis and Design of Experiments for continuous improvement.  Problem Definition is also a strength of Ted’s to make sure there is alignment to achieving the project objective while implementing structure to sustain changes and foster a process improvement culture.

                              Ted posses a wide variety of experiences in the areas of process and quality improvement, including auditing and preventive systems, environmental emissions, training, sales forecasting, and finance and accounting.

                              Ted lives in Neenah with his two daughters and he remains active in sports and volunteering for Junior Achievement of Northeast Wisconsin at the elementary and middle school levels.

                              Randy Hill possesses over 32 years experience bringing business results to organizations.   As a senior executive Randy’s industry experience ranges from Fortune 200 to small private businesses and includes consumer and medical products.  Randy held leadership roles in manufacturing, operations, product and technology development, engineering, work processes and IT systems as well as program, portfolio, project, and resource management.  

                              Trained as an engineer with experience in executive leadership Randy has held positions up to Chief Operating Officer.  He uses a hands-on approach that is practical and rational, taking clients on the shortest path to business results.  Comfortable working across functions and through different levels Randy’s adaptable approach allows him to adjust to the delivery style that best 
                              meets the clients’ needs.

                              Living in northeast Wisconsin Randy and his wife, Cheryl, have four children and four grandchildren.  Randy’s passions include motorcycling, snowmobiling, bicycling, walking, woodworking and taking vacations that often end up in proximity to his children.
