Conversations with the C-Suite

The most significant discussions impacting the future of your organization are those that occur between C-Level (CEO, COO, CFO etc.) leaders. What are you doing to improve your skills for leading and participating in these discussions? How do you find the time to work on yourself while still meeting the demands of the day to day?

Differentiating Strategies is pleased to have a partnership with Fox Valley Technical College and specifically the Business and Industries Services team that allows us to jointly offer Conversations with the C-Suite as a complimentary executive development series at FVTC’s Appleton and Oshkosh campuses throughout 2016.

The objective of Conversations with the C-Suite is to produce value for participants in each session. Value is measured by the ability to participants to leave each briefing with knowledge they can immediately apply to improve performance in their organizations.

Conversations with the C-Suite is a series of interactive briefings focused on an individual topic relevant to today’s executives. Target audiences include top executives and their direct reports. Participants will leave the briefing with two to three things they can immediately apply to the challenges they are facing. If you are a CEO trying to get better performance out of your organization or you are part of an executive team working for improved results, these conversations are for you.

It sometimes seems like it is tough to see what the problems are without being able to step back and look at those problems from a different perspective. Conversations with the C-Suite provides executives with that different perspective that can help leaders see problems in different way.

Each briefing is a stand-alone module. Come to them all or pick and choose. Some of the topics include strategy, transitional leadership, alignment, accountability and landscape. We will be using the challenges you bring to the briefing as the context for each briefing. The value comes in knowledge you can apply. Could you find a couple hours each month if the trade off were two or three things you could do that would improve your performance?

Each briefing begins at 7:45 AM and ends at 10:00 AM. The location for Appleton is FVTC’s Bordini Center on Bluemound and the location in Oshkosh is the FVTC Oshkosh campus at Witzel and Ohio Street. The topics dates and locations for the winter/spring 2016 briefings follow below. We ask that you register by phone at (920) 996-2949 or via e-mail at bi.services@fvtc.edu .
